We require individuals who are looking to be involved in building a business, who have the potential to take on greater responsibility as the firm grows and who can help shape the strategic direction of the firm.
The firm is growing rapidly. Projected targets for the next three years dictate that will need to hire individuals with the ability to identify and develop new business both within existing clients and new markets.
The ability to sell creative solutions to our clients is essential, the ability to understand the demands the clients business and deliver an appropriate, successful recruitment solutions is key - we have a successful track record in delivering search, contingent permanent and contract recruitment to across a enviable and blue-chip client base.
Most challenging and exciting aspects of the job:
Constantly looking to creatively solve the challenge of sourcing the very best candidates available in the market that are out the reach of less able and driven recruitment businesses.
Prospects for promotion:
Advancement at ******** ******* is merit based. There are two clear routes to follow: into leadership/management or towards a principle consultant role which allows the individual to influence the direction of the firm and share the skills and experience to benefit the emerging talent elsewhere in the firm without the more formal elements and responsibilities of the man-management challenges a leadership role will present. All but two of our management and principle consultant community at ******* ******* have been developed and promoted internally.

Experience:
We actively source people from three pools of talent. 1) Experienced recruitment backgrounds regardless of subject matter - candidates must have the ability to transfer the core recruitment skills into a sophisticated and demanding banking and professional services sector 2) Lateral sales professionals who can transfer core sales competencies and a track record of success in their chosen field into the recruitment market with our support and detailed induction programme designed to make this transition smooth and straightforward 3) High potential hires who demonstrate the required core values of ******* ******* and the willingness to be moulded into highly capable recruitment consultants.
Skills and Qualifications:
None in particular required. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels both in person, via written communication and over the telephone.
Personality:
Bright, communicative, personable, driven to complete tasks and a can-do attitude generally to making as rounded a contribution to corporate life as possible.
