Client established in 1996 as a specialist company focusing on sales, customer service, contact centres and telephone based recruitment services. Permanent, temporary and high volume recruitment solutions are offered nation-wide for a variety of roles from agent through to director level including telesales, customer service, telemarketing, IT helpdesk, credit control, reservations and multi-lingual positions.
Due to our success, we have a new position for a permanent consultant, based in our Elstree office, reporting to the Executive Manager.
The role will be:
Sales:
To increase sales volume and achieve budget.
To develop an individual sales strategy to meet targets and develop a sales plan identifying primary prospects and areas for development.
To plan and conduct telephone sales calls, face-to-face presentations and promotional activities in order to generate new business.
To maintain and maximise existing business potential by investigating additional areas of need for the Companys services during all telephone and face to face client contact.
To exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the Company.
To make client service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business in addition to consolidating the relationship and monitoring the service provided.
To work within the scope of the Company pricing guidelines.
To reach, as a minimum, any agreed sales and performance targets.
To adhere to Company terms and conditions of business.
Recruitment:
To ensure a suitable pool of candidates are available to fill vacancies.
To recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy including:
Advertising
Promotional activities
Exploiting all existing resources within the office in order to fill vacancies.
To assess the suitability of candidates for registration.
To register, interview and reference candidates.
To obtain accurate job descriptions, job specifications and flexible person specifications.
To maintain regular candidate contact.
To brief candidates prior to interview and gain feedback after interview.
To respond to clients requests within the minimum time possible.
To fully investigate candidates suitability against client requirements.
To fully inform candidates about prospective positions.
To follow up on interviews arranged and manage the post-interview process.
Administration:
To complete all relevant office administration.
To ensure that all company guidelines are adhered to within appropriate time scales.
General:
To keep the Manager informed about any developments, trends or problems relating to existing or prospective clients and candidates.
To project a professional image in all aspects of personal presentation.
To assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required.
To provide support to other offices within the Company as directed.
To adhere to any Company policies, systems or guidelines and codes of practice to which the Company subscribes.
To assist with the preparation of budgets in accordance with Company guidelines in conjunction with management.
To make recommendations to the Manager concerning potential improvements to company guidelines and standards.
To perform any other duties as required from time to time by management.
