Details of role:
******* Solutions provides recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions where an on or off site team manages the end-to-end process of a client recruitment programme. RPO solutions provide one point of contact, one invoice and measurable outcomes, including cost savings and improved resourcing and can be delivered through master/neutral vendor or managed service solution.

This role will report to the Director.

Overview Job Purpose:

* Responsible for overall service delivery and ensuring client SLA's are met across the account.

* Management of a team of 4 people including Resourcers, Client Executive and Administrator.

* Escalation point for all client, delivery, service and team issue's.

* Responsible for day to day recruitment activity across the account by liaising with both client and supplier. Majority of roles sec/admin, finance, helpdesk HR.

* Build relationships with all parties, including clients, suppliers and team.

* Business development within client.

* Use a consultative process to ensure all parties expectations are met throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

* Collate job specs, deal with authorisation routes and update delivery systems.

* Reporting - headcount, vacancy, recruitment activity, MI, Supplier MI.

* Flexibility to work additional hours and travel to various client offices across the UK.

* Continually develop understanding of CSC and market competitors
* Supplier relationships, and supplier reviews
* Delivery to client is professional, timely, and expectations set by agreeing recruitment plans

About the ideal Candidate
Experience:

* Experience of volume temporary recruitment - preferably dealing with clients, candidates and suppliers.

* Previous supervisory experience.

* Proven relationship management and development skills within recruitment.

* Experience of holding meetings with clients to discuss recruitment strategy and provide progress information.

* Accuracy with entering data onto Delivery systems and confirming details in email communication.

* Ability to prioritise considering urgency and importance.

* Experience of keeping stakeholders up to date on progress, including presenting news that won't be received well.

* Formulating job specs by asking the client probing questions.

* CV screening and candidate match.

* Experience of consulting with the client.

* Experience of setting expectations of suppliers and clients.

* Word, Excel, Power point, Lotus notes (preferable) Reporting using Excel.
