Details of role:
Our Client provides recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions where an on or off site team manages the end-to-end process of a client recruitment programme. RPO solutions provide one point of contact, one invoice and measurable outcomes, including cost savings and improved resourcing and can be delivered through master/neutral vendor or managed service solution.

Due to our continued success, we have a new position for an Account Resourcer, based at our site in Elstree.

The role will report directly into the National Account Manager, working closely with Delivery Co-ordinator. The position will also have a day-to-day working relationship with key client contacts.

The role will be:

* Providing a dedicated national recruitment solution.
* Responsible for fulfilling all client vacancies to ensure TRC fulfilment expectations are met and exceeded.
* Developing the service provided to the client to ensure an efficient and active workforce.
* Strong involvement with recruitment across the account, supporting our ‘on-site’ business.
* Proactively seeking to improve service levels to the client through quality and speed of service.
* Ensuring that all vacancies received from the client are fulfilled within allotted timescales.
* Creating and maintaining an excellent working relationship with current and prospective temporary workers.
* Verify and validate all temporary workers files to ensure that all are 100% and the necessary identification is received.
* Exceeding clients recruitment expectations through quantity and quality.
* Direct involvement in maximising the account revenue generated through ‘flexible’ management of all vacancies.
* Ensuring that all key account and recruitment information is shared with the National Account Manager.

About the ideal Candidate
Experience:
* Previous recruitment experience essential, preferably gained in the temporary worker recruitment market.
* Good knowledge of recruitment.
* Clear understanding of internet recruitment methods and CV search engines.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
* Experience of reacting to client requests to produce a variety of detailed management information.

Skills and Qualifications:


* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Effective time management skills.
* Good PC skills.
* Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.

Professional image at all times.
