About the ideal Candidate
Experience:
Experience in a sales environment can be useful, whether that is business-to-business or business to consumer (People from retail often do very well). Equally professional people (accountants, lawyers, bankers etc) seeking a change of direction and pace also have a good track record of success in the industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educated to at least A-level standard but attributes are more important than qualifications.
Prospective recruitment consultants need to be organised, diligent, conscientious, personable, posses empathy, and the ability to influence and sell want to work in a lively, competitive and busy environment.
