A friendly flatmate is needed to fill a large double room in a spacious house in Camberwell, living with 2 girls and a guy.
The house is light and airy with high ceilings, and in total has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom (with toilet) and a second toilet. It also boasts a washing machine, Sky TV and free on-street parking outside. Its located on a quiet street in a conservation area, and a lovely park (Myatts Fields) is just a few seconds away.
In terms of public transport, the house is within easy reach of Loughborough Junction train station, which has regular trains to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and Kings Cross. Camberwell Green, which has loads of bus routes running through it, is also very closeby while Oval tube station, which is on the Northern Line, is only 10-15 minutes walk away.

The rent is 400pcm (exclusive of bills).
The deposit is 462.50.
The room will be available from late June/early July (precise date not yet known, so some flexilibility would be helpful).
