Large double bedroom (with bed), en suite (bath, shower, toilet etc), 2 double built in wardrobes (think of all that bag and shoe space) and big balcony The flat over looks wandsworth park (great in summer), is on the 220 / 270 bus stop, 10 minutes walk from Putney East Tube and Putney overland and londons best pub (the cats back) is right on our door step.
Our female flat mate is moving out and we are in need of her replacement (preferably female). This is the largest bedroom in the 3 bedroom flat. The flat has a large living room, living room balcony, modern built in kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, all that stuff), secure video entry, WIFI, Cable TV, oh and 2 house trained boys.
We are both hard working professionals, who generally work and chill during the week, but at weekends do like to let our hair down, be that down the local, or some bar / club. Someone with similar interests is a must.
