We have a room in Angel (at the Clerkenwell end) is available as early as this weekend, 9th June. The rent is 578 pcm not including council tax and bills. There is a deposit of 1 months rent. It's to share with 1 guy and 1 girl, both young professionals.
It's in a 3 bdrm flat Georgian terrace flat on Myddelton Square, EC1R1YD. There is no lounge, which is why the rent is a lot less than usual in this area. This is one of the most sought after locations in Angel. The square has virtually no traffic and a huge church garden, is a short walk to Angel tube Station, a short bus ride to Kings Cross station, or a bus to the West End in 15-20 mins, less than this to the City. It's close to Exmouth and Chapel Market, all the glory of Upper St with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cinemas (everything actually).
The room comes with a desk, wardrobe and a double mattress. If you like to move in your own furniture instead, thats fine.
The house is well arranged and has everything you need, with a modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, big fridge/freezer etc). There is a dining area with a dining table attached to the kitchen, which makes a nice area to hang out. There is a nice bathroom with good shower/bath plus clothes washing machine. The flat backs onto a shared terrace style communal garden.
Basically the location is amazing/ perfect, and the flat is charming and clean, comfortable and very well finished. Each room is actually worth over 200 p/w but we overcome this by using the separate lounge as a 3rd bedroom, so living space is the only compromise, but a worthwhile one to live in such a place. This is a great deal and will be taken very quickly.
