The flat is 2 bedroom, bright and south facing, on the first floor of victorian terrace. The bedroom offered is a lovely double. It is situated on a quiet tree lined avenue with a gentle mix of antique and modern decor. There's the usual wireless broadband, new kitchen with washing machine and large living room. Also a large back garden for summer days and Lloyd Park 2 mins away.
I am looking for a relaxed, laid back person who enjoys a chat but also happily gets on with own stuff.
It's 10 mins walk to Walthamstow tube, bus depot and overland train. From there Liverpool St 15 mins, Euston 20 mins etc.
