Sociable Graduate Flatshare Start-up *Girls Needed*

Are you tired of looking at places only to find that 10 others want the same room? I am. So here's the plan:
Let's start a brand new flatshare somewhere in Wandsworth, Fulham, Southfields or Putney. Rent should not be more than 610 per month including bills. The flat will be sociable, but not a party hell. I am 25 years old, graduated from Manchester University last year and currently work for a consulting firm, so people from a similar background would fit in nicely. British, Dutch, Belgians, Americans, Canadians, South Africans and Scandinavians are most welcome.
The flat has to be up and running by end of June, so there is not much time left.
