Friendly Houseshare North London
Friendly non-smoking houseshare in big Edwardian Terrace North London. We're two girls and a guy (an international mix of Kiwi, English and S.African) looking for someone fun, sociable and considerate to share with us. We're a bunch of young working graduates (Space Engineer, Software Engineer and Administrator) into many things - travel, capoeira, climbing, indie music and chatting about many things over a drink (I'm told that this is a flatshare ad cliche but it's also true ;o)
The room is a decent size, has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and there is room for some shelves and a desk. There is a big lounge with sofas and a table to eat at, big (for London) somewhat orange kitchen with gas stove, mwave and washing machine. We have wireless broadband. Small yard out the back (needs weeding) that we (flatshare cliche coming up!) hope to have a BBQ (Braai) in this summer.
Available 16th July. You'll need proof of employment (contract or payslips), UK bank account and valid ID for the landlord. Minimum 8 month let to end of contract - but probable option to extend. Council tax 36 pcm over 10 months - bills otherwise average.
