Hi my names Jonathan and I`m a Massage Therapist based in Earls Court 15-20 mins from the centre, 5 minutes walk from Earls Court tube.
I`m fully ITEC trained in Swedish Massage to which I take a holistic approach, and have been practising now for just over two and a half years..
The type of massage I specialise in, Swedish,and Deep Tissue, can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism, and so help to prevent unnecessary strains and injuries that might otherwise occur due to excess tension and any resulting weaknesses. Swedish massage can help:
-Deep relaxation
-Relieve Stress and Muscular Tension
-Improve Circulation
-Eliminate Fat
-Promote Healthy Skin
-Aid Metabolism and Digestion
-Relieve Mental Exhaustion and Increases Vitality
-Assist the lymphatic system, improving the elimination
of waste throughout the body
This is a FULL BODY massage(head to toe) using a range of strokes, tailored to your specific needs, including:
-FRICTION
-KNEADING
-SPREADING
-STROKING
-TREMBLING
The intensity of the massage is also vital, and is something that I pay close attention to, in order for you to maximize your experience, and leave you feeling uplifted and replenished with energy, restoring you physically, mentally and spiritually.
I work from home in comfortable surroundings, with showering facilities, if desired, after treatments,away from the throng of busy London life.
For those of you who are new or nervous about massage, I am an extremely approachable person, and will do my upmost to make you feel comfortable and reassured at all times. So feel free to contact me with any questions or queries you might have.
My working hours are:
- 10am - 12 midnight (although other times can be arranged).
Please note that if I do travel to your address (zone 3 max) then you should have enough room for my table and for me to move about,and there is a 10 pound charge added to the rates below.
Rates:-
45 pounds - p/h
60 pounds - per 1.5 hours
Longer sessions can be arranged if necessary
