Share a delightful maisonette in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded on three sides by a very pretty part of Hampstead Heath.
One double bedroom available to amusing, kind, relaxed and sociable woman. Men may be considered - but you'd have to be pretty exceptional... !
You'd be sharing with me and my relaxed and sorted French flatmate.
French and English are spoken (although my French is bit rubbish - but I do try!).
Me? I'm a live-in landlady but not a despot. I'm a journalist on a national newspaper and you could describe me as socially liberal.
You won't see that much of me as I'm away with my family on alternate (long) weekends and work in the evenings.
However, I'm easygoing and very sociable and like to entertain friends for lunch, dinner or walks on the heath. I would expect you to enjoy the same freedoms with your friends as it will be your home, too.
Oh, and straight or gay - all very welcome.
I have two young children who do not live in London, but now and then they will be around.
Intolerance of children or the use or keeping of drugs around the house are, for obvious reasons, the two absolute dealbreakers.
Bathroom is shared with one other only. Kitchen has usual facilities including dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washer/drier.
Rent includes: wireless broadband, Council Tax, phone (exclusive of itemised calls); water charges.
You will be expected to contribute one third to bills for gas and electricity.
Transport: Hampstead, with the tube and fabulous shopping is a 10 minute walk or 5 by bicycle. Golders Green, again with tube and more shopping, is a 10 minute walk. Nearest bus stop 100 yards. Street parking requires permit from Camden. There is an off-street area where bicycles may be secured.
You will be joining a relaxed household with liberal views. You will be expected to be help keep the home clean and tidy and be mature and considerate in your outlook.
