Where is it?
The flat is a 5min walk from Wandsworth Common over ground station. Wandsworth Common is approx 10min (3 stops) from London Victoria via Clapham Junction. There are approx. 12 trains an hour to Victoria. The closest tube stations are Tooting Bec (10-15min walk) and Balham (15min walk). We are located on a quite leafy road that is only a few minute walk from the bars and restaurants on Bellvue Road and the open space of Wandsworth Common.
If you have a car there is street parking with no parking permit required.

How much is it?
650 pcm (All bills included). Rent will be paid by standing order and you will require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent will be required for deposit.
