This is 495 per week, split three ways that's 715 per room per month. Currently has six people living there (huge rooms!) = 358 per person per month

This is a very large flat with three large bedrooms on 1st floor of a small block, with fantastic views over Hurlingham Park. There are two bathrooms, both with power showers, as well as a separate WC. Each room is large, the smallest is around 3.5m x 3m. The flat is fully furnished, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table in each room

The eat in kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge freezer, dish washer. The lounge is south west facing, is very big and bright and leads out on to a small balcony. Lounge has a couple of sofas, 28" Widescreen TV and coffee table. The whole flat has wood floors, except the bedrooms which have carpet and the bathrooms which are tiled.

The boiler is gas fired, and is a combi boiler, meaning the hot water is unlimited (no tank to run out!) and is HUGELY more efficient (cheaper to run).

The nearest tube is Parsons Green and is around 5 mins walk. Also close is Putney Bridge, under 10 mins, Fulham Broadway, also under 10 mins. There are buses galore on New Kings Road (2 mins walk), Fulham Road (5 mins), Fulham Broadway (7/8 mins), Putney Bridge (7/8 mins) all going to the city / west end, including night buses.

There are too many pubs within stumbling distance to mention, but the highlights are The White Horse (5 mins), The Larrick (10 mins), Slug and Lettuce (10 mins), Duke on the Green (2 mins)

There are parks right by you, the Hurlingham directly opposite has all the usual, running track, rugby and football pitches, tennis courts (and a bowling green..), South Park, 1 min in the opposite direction has all the same as well as basketball court and cricket pitch. The Thames is under 5 mins walk at the bottom of the street!
