Its a bright double bedroom on the first floor, with sash windows overlooking the fantastic back garden, a cast iron and wood surround fireplace, an original alcove wardrobe, and beautiful stripped wood floors. The room also has a sink, which is very convenient to avoid using the main bathroom

Its a great house in the heart of Camberwell near lovely Brunswick Park.
Original floorboards and period features. Creamy colours. Clean. Tidy.
Youll share the spacious bathroom; a large kitchen/ dining room; and the garden with two others. Please bear in mind that there is NO common lounge, but the kitchen / dining area is very big.

2 mns walk to Camberwell Church Street, Grove and Green with shops, restaurants, pubs, Fusion leisure centre (yoga/ fitness classes/ pool,) supermarket... Brunswick Park (free tennis); Peckham Rye Cinema (3.99 per film,) South London Gallery, Camberwell College of Arts, Maudsley and Kings College Hospitals and the Salvation Army Int Training College.
Transport:
Camberwell Green (2 mins walk): many busses to virtually anywhere in London.
Nearest train stations are: Loughbourough Junction mainline, zone 2 (10 minutes walk) with trains to Farringdon, Kings' Cross, Kentish Town, etc / Denmark Hill mainline zone 2 (15 mins walk up pretty Grove Lane) with trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars/ etc.
Nearest tube stations are Oval and Elephant and Castle.

The price is 430 per month. This includes bills - Council Tax, internet, phone, water, gas, electricity...
