double room for rent
We have a four bedroom fully furnished house with one spare room, we are situated near Nunhead, Nunhead station is a 5 min walk and takes 10 mins to Victoria, Queens road Peckham station is a 5 min walk and takes 7 mins to London bridge. There's regular buses running into London, form queens road, 436, 36, 453, 53, 177, 21, 172, Night buses N53, N453, N36, N436 all take about 25 mins to get you home at night.
The room is available from 6th July, we have quite a laid back and friendly attitude, we are one guy and two girls, sports coach, painter and student, we enjoy socialising, films, music and sports. We like to keep the common rooms tidy, there's no rota just if we all do are bit it will be fine.
If you are a smoker, you must not smoke inside the house but outside in the garden.
The House has Large Kitchen, Living room and Garden The price is 65 plus bills on top. Bills on top make it total 85 per week.
