Room in Acton (Poets Corner) Houseshare from 1st august.
A room has come up in our W3 Acton (Poets corner) houseshare we're hoping
to fill it. Would suit a sociable male or female professional.
The House...
The house itself is a very large two storey Victorian. Huge front room and a
big garden - perfect for BBQs. Two bathrooms, only one shower (there's never
a queue for it) and all mod cons (dish washer, washing machine, dryer etc)
The Room...
Compact; has double bed, wardrobe, shelves and TV bracket. See picture.
Other housemates...
4 easygoing fun English guys, all aged mid to late twenties. We're all good
friends and often go out as a house. Very relaxed sociable bunch
The area...
Much sort after part of acton called poets corner. Bottom of the road are
three great bars/restaurants a huge park. Also, three fitness centres
within walking distance
Price....
430p.m includes Sky+, wireless internet, a weekly cleaner, BT line rental,
TV license all general household products.
Only extras are....
Council tax of 42 plus Utility bills.
You'll need a deposit of 400 months rent up front.
Transport...
Bottom of the road is Acton Central Station on the silverlink, 10mins walk
is Acton mainline which takes you into Paddington in 8 mins, East Acton
(central) Acton Town (district Piccadilly) are 12mins walk. Buses: 70,
207, 98, 266, N7, N207. If you drive, the A40 is just two roads away and
there's plenty of parking.
