single room in dalston in lovely victorian terrace
we are looking for a flatmate from the 6th of August. i'm not going to pretend that the room is big. but there is a lot of storage space right next to the room and loads of space in the living room. and you could always put a bunk bed/loft bed in to create some extra space.
BUT the house makes up for it with loads of communal space. a big living room, a kitchen with space to sit down, a big bathroom and ... a roof terrace. it really is a great house. pia and i absolutely love living here.
it is a lovely victorian terrace just off ridley road market on the last bit of ridley road before it hits dalston lane that is not market anymore. so it is really near to lots of buses and there is dalston kingsland silverlink station. the turkish food centre is at the corner, rio cinema is a spit away, so is the jazz bar and london fields is around the corner if you felt like a swim in the lido. broadway market and columbia road flower market are walking distance and stoke newington church street, angel and old street are not far either.
the rent for the room is 410 pounds a month + bills. bills are about 50 pounds a month (council tax, electricity, etc ...). it is unfurnished.
what else is there to know? we are 2 girls in our mid 20s. i'm an architect and have been in London for a few years now. i studied here and now i'm working. Pia studied international business management in Vienna and just got a job in London. she knows everything about music. we both love photography, going out, gigs ... we're nice and creative i suppose. i'm never very good in selling people especially myself but hey ... anyway ... nice house, nice people ...
