175 a week, but split between 2 of us...87.50/week/person Literally no more than 2 min. walk from Kilburn tube station-great/cute neighborhood-short walk to couple awesome pubs, great chinese food, park, sainsbury and spars. Working girl from USA is looking for a female flat mate. Flat mate should ideally have regular working schedule mon-fri during the day, should be considerate and VERY clean/tidy. The room is in a converted house w/ 10/11 rooms. The house has a dryer/washer on ground floor. The room comes supplied w/ everything you would need, except duvet/pillow cover. Room has kitchenette with a large refigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, gas stovetop/oven, sink, cabinets, cooking utensils and cookware. Room furnished w/ a bunk bed, a couch, a coffee table, a love seat, a chair, a little dresser, a little closet, and laundry baskets. Only thing is must share 2 bathrooms/loos on this floor w/ other 3 people on floor. Total of 5/6 bathrooms/loos in building-never been problem getting a warm shower/available toilet.
