It is a 3 bedrooms, none smoking, house. Three floors and 2 bathrooms, wood floors, High speed wireless Internet. 900 cable channels. (All crap.) Spacious 22 foot living room with (1210s obviously.) Small front and back garden with BBQ. South facing balcony with inflatable hot tub, palm trees, and pink flamingos (Weather permitting). We have no pet, but would consider one as long as it doesn't bite. There is space for a motorcycle but not for a car. Parking is almost impossible. Smoking is only permitted in the garden. Unless there are special circumstances. For example a Party! There is a shower in the bath plus a loo (not in the bath). Separate cloakroom with loo and basin only. Please note!
