Two rooms available in a lovely house in Holloway. One is the largest room in the house. It is the only bedroom on the ground floor, and is priced at 115 pw. It currently has a single bed in it, but a double could be arranged if you like. Along with the bed, it contains a nice, big wardrobe.
Also available is the smallest room in the house. It is really quite small and has a single bed inside. It would be good for someone who doesn't have a whole lot of stuff. This room goes for 85 pw.
The house has a total of four bedrooms. The kitchen was recently remodeled and besides the usual refrigerator and freezer, it features a washer/dryer, and even a DISHWASHER. There is one toilet downstairs, and a larger bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and power shower (never worry about running out of hot water). The entire house is connected to wireless internet if you like. There is a large living room area with a sofa, television, and a dining area with table. We also have our own private patio.
The area is great. Loads of shops within several minutes walk--Waitrose, Morrisons, Iceland, Argos, etc. Holloway Road underground station is about a five minute walk. The bus links are great and you can get just about anywhere north of the river (and some places south) without changing buses. Kings Cross is a ten minute bus ride south, and Camden Town is about a mile west. All in all, the area is very nice and if we may say so, this is a steal.
