Best area in London! Zone 2. It is next to Belsize Park Underground Station (Northern Line) and 2 minuets walk from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, and pharmacy. 5 minuets To Hampstead Heath!
It is a 3 bedrooms, none smoking, house. Three floors and 2 bathrooms, wood floors, High speed wireless Internet. 900 cable channels. (All crap.) Spacious 22 foot living room with (1210s obviously.) Small front and back garden with BBQ. South facing balcony with inflatable hot tub, palm trees, and pink flamingos (Weather permitting).
We have no pet, but would consider one as long as it doesn't bite.
There is space for a motorcycle but not for a car. Parking is almost impossible. Smoking is only permitted in the garden. Unless there are special circumstances. For example a Party!
There is a shower in the bath plus a loo (not in the bath). Separate cloakroom with loo and basin only. Please note! No early morning bathing or singing in the shower. This can be done in the evening until 2-3 am.
We are 3 people sharing the house. A couple and 1 man. Between 21 and 30 something? One Techno DJ, 1 House DJ, and 1 breaks DJ. (Also working during the week.)
We are looking for one more, easy-going, clean and tidy person with good English. Who enjoys music of this kind? The room is for one person! There is a single bed, 1 chest of draws. There is not a lot of space if you are with a lot of stuff.
