Room on Brixton Hill between (25th of August 25th ...
Hello there,
First of all please note that my room is available FOR A MONTH ONLY BETWEEN THE 25th OF AUGUST AND 25TH OF SEPTEMBER for 300 all inclusive. (You dont pay any bills.) I will be asking a negotiable deposit which will be refunded provided that everything is as it was before you moved in. The house is half way between Brixton and Streatham Hill, directly opposite the famous White Horse Pub on the Brixton Hill. The size is something between a single and a double room. It comes with:
A small TV/ VCR
A small stereo
Double bed
Wall to wall carpeting (very important, I know!)
Plenty of storage room
It opens to the back garden/ patio.
In the house, you will be living with an Englishman, Spanishman, Finishwoman and an Israeliwoman. All of them are as mad as hatters and known for late night talks with candles and wine. It is a non-smoking room/ house (almost) and we prefer to keep it that way. If you are a smoker, you may want to go to the patio to smoke.
It really is a very happy and friendly household. The house is close to all amenities. Transportation is very easy as we are 7 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station. There are also bus stops right in front of the house. A 24/7 convenience store, Tescos, Sainsburys etc. Like I said before the pub is approximately 20 seconds away. Oh! And we also have a huge storage room in the house which we are trying to turn into a living room. We also have a downstairs shower and toilet and an upstairs bathroom as well as the kitchen of course with microwave and fridge and a small communal area just outside the kitchen on the landing.

Almost everybody in the video has moved out and went back to their own countries but it would give you an idea about the garden.
