Large listed Victorian house on Clapham Road. Bedroom is huge, sunny with double bed, wardrobe, desk and sofa. We are on a main road so if total silence is your need then we are not for you. Available from Sunday 26th August.
Four occupants all lurching into middle age with jobs and busy lives. Friendly but not a party household so suit someone calm and serene! Women as welcome as men.
We all share an equally large kitchen/dining room, living room and there are three bathrooms. Usual mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, tv/dvd/vcr) and a large mature garden for weeding or lounging.
We have all lived here for years and now plan a complete refurbishment of the house so the room will only be available for 3-6 months.
