We are a couple in our twenties and are looking to share our apartment with a tidy, responsible and easy going female. We are very friendly and would like the person to be friendly as well. Im doing my Post Graduation in Architecture ( Im going to be student for 6 more months, after which I start work ) and shes currently working. We are very accommodating and are usually out the whole day till evening.
The room is bright and spacious with a large cupboard and an attached Bathroom. The apartment itself is well furnished with a fully loaded kitchen. We have all the necessary connections (including internet), except cable connection but we could arrange for that later.
The apartment is inside a secure building and all the tenants in the building are professional and tidy. Its located on Commercial Street and is well connected to the rest of the city. Its a 10 minute walk to Aldgate East station, 15 minutes to Whitechapel station and around 15 to Liverpool station. Located near the popular Brick Lane (if you like that kinda thing we do.) and have all kinds of shops (including supermarkets Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland and Waitrose) and amenities around the area. Bus services are very frequent and have very good night services too.
The rent is 180/ week or 780/ month + bills ( which would come to around 30 ) and 780 deposit

The place is a must see coz its much better to see the place for yourself
