I have been working with computers for 20 years. I am a friendly, easygoing guy who can help you with WiFi, networking, recovering your data, printer problems, repairing hardware and software problems, etc.

I wont worry you with technical talk. I am very patient, and I respect each and every person I meet. Your private information on the computer will always be respected. I can provide proof of identity.

My rates are low, and I can visit your house or business premises as required. When I visit your premises, and examine the equipment and software, I will determine if it is repairable, and explain the options to you in a clear way. Included in the charge is a non refundable call out fee. The repair cost is a low rate, with no fix, no fee.

My hours are flexible to suit yours. My success in solving peoples computer issues is 100%. I will always go the extra mile to get you fixed.

I also create websites, program, and provide training on a one to one basis. I am not part of a bigger company. That means my fees are not inflated, and if I have to spend extra time to make sure that you are working well, I do not have to answer to a manager and charge you for that time. I am not happy unless you are happy enough to recommend me to others.
