I have 1 rooms to offer for long-let (Minimum of 6 months) only. The 3-bedroom flat is in a 24 hour portered building and is 2 minutes away from Baker Street Station. The flat in discussion is a fully furnished flat.
The flat has a very sunny spot (a big boon in the always-wet/dark London weather) and is on the 9th floor. The fully furnished flat has a big double LIVING ROOM (with TV, video, DVD etc.) incl a laid-out dining space. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and a small breakfast table.
The double room has wardrobes, desk, double-bed and comfortable moving space. The bath will be shared (2 newly renovated bath in this 3 room flat). There is a huge window in the room, with good view and sunlight. The room is fully furnished.
The rent is 225 per week (Incl the council tax and excl the utility bills) and demands six week of rent as deposit. Bills are expected to be 20-30 per room per month. Its comfortable for a couple, but we are looking for a single person only.
