Large double room available in two bedroom house in quiet conservation area in Battersea but close to Clapham old town.
You will be sharing only with the owner so have plenty of space etc. All bills are included except telephone, so no gas, electricity, council tax or broadband to worry about. The rent also covers a cleaner who will do your room once a week, wash and change sheets and generally spruce the place up.
Sky sports and Sky movies is also included in the deal. House has a small rear private garden with BBQ and there is a fitted kitchen.
Upstairs has two large bedrooms and a separate bathroom and WC.
Sharing with a 41 year old workaholic, so plenty of privacy / time guarenteed.
I dont mind sharing with couples, but that will incurr a surcharge of 100 pcm
