We are moving into a lovely three bed house in Stoke Newington in the next few days and we have two spacious double rooms available. The property is the bottom three floors of a converted Georgian terrace house in Stoke Newington. The house has been completely refurbished to a very high luxurious standard and come fully furnished. There are is one bathroom and separate toilet, huge lounge, very well equipped new kitchen and fantastic private suntrap garden. Me (24 year old art student) and my girlfriend (24 year old musician) are really friendly and easy going and are looking for likeminded people to make a home with. Move in date is as soon as possible. Rent is 120 per week and the landlord requires 6 weeks deposit plus first month's rent prior to move in.
