students required for houseshare
Hi we have a lovely big 5 bed house complete with large sitting room, kitchen diner, 2 bathrooms, wash room, small garden and storage room. We are three 22 yr old student guys, who have 2 furnished, double bedded rooms going in our Clapton palace. We are all social beings and like music and film; but won't be unreasonable to people's need for sleep. We're looking for students to enjoy council tax immunity with, as well as fun nights in or about. We don't mind smoking anywhere but the kitchen, and bills are not included, so add an extra 10-20 pounds a month. Guys or girls welcome- anyone with a good sense of humour is great. From the top of our road you have a whole range of buses that take you around the city, many of them 24hr- getting to centre point takes 30-40 mins at any hour of day nor night. hackney central station (silverlink) is 12 mins down the road, and Clapton station which goes straight to Liverpool Street is but a hop. I don't have a myspace or anything like that, but I'd be happy to send photos of the place, and even us if you give me a ring.
