Double bedroom to let in large house in conservation area in zone 2. Close to all local amenities and 20 minutes by bus to oxford street. House has full central heating, satelitte tv, fitted kitchen, decked garden, separate bathroom and WC plus two large double bedrooms. Sharing with 42 year old owner.
All bills included except telephone.
This can also be let to a couple for an extra 100 pcm. I require two monts rent to move in, ie a months rent in advance plus a months deposit. I accept cash, cheque cleared into my account or transfer. Please no scam replies from people who expect me to hand over details in email...im wise to it...
