Essential requirements within this Admin / Member Services Manager role include:

Team management skills ? preferably experience of managing remotely
Excellent interpersonal skills
Diplomacy and tact
Strong negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across the Southern region
Car owner / driver

Managing the local member groups ensuring support is provided to members, key responsibilities within this Member Services Manager role include:

Managing the development and performance of the Administrators across the Southern region, including reward reviews, performance management and member service delivery
Assisting the Operations Director in business planning
Taking responsibility for operational management and co-ordinating of regional member groups
Taking an active role in attending key events within the South
Managing enquiry handling, website, contribution to newsletters etc
Adopting a key account management style with local organisations and members in the South to ensure they have the contact, service and information they need from the Association
