Events Admin / Client Services Admin - Work from Home

Covering the Hampshire, M3 / A3 corridor for this renowned Membership Association, this unique vacancy would suit an experienced Administrator and/or Customer / Client Services Assistant, preferably with some events skills and knowledge of the Surveying / Property / Construction industry who is prepared to travel to other offices within London and the South East. Excellent benefits include 22 days holiday rising to 29, pension, health scheme, plus others.

Essential requirements within this Events Admin / Client Services role include:

Customer Services skills
Good admin talents and preferably events delivery experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
MS Office skills
Preferably knowledge of the surveying / property / construction industry
Accurate data entry skills
Willingness to travel across the Southern region
Car owner / driver

Acting as a point of contact for local member groups, you will provide events and administration support as well as developing and maintaining good communications with members and third parties, assisting with organising meetings and managing agreed budgets income and expenditures etc. Key areas of responsibility include:

Being the first point of contact for members' enquiries
Co-ordinating papers for board meetings
Assisting and supporting the delivery of local events
Using the members database system to provide local information as required
Contributing ideas to the regional business plan
Administering the local element of regional support systems, eg, enquiry handling, website, contribution to newsletters etc
Assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of local careers and education events
