PA/Team Secretary in Property
Our client a very large Property chain with over 75 offices in the UK are seeking a Team Secretary for their very busy and fast paced St Johns Wood Office (NW8 - West End) - Duties to include supporting a team of 6 on all Secretarial and Administrative tasks such as typing of correspondence, data input, uploading property details, diary management, mailshots and general ad hoc admin tasks - The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role (Preferably in Property but not essential) have a type speed 50wpm, Excellent MS Office skills, excellent communication skills, presentable and must be able to work under pressure - Email CVs to Marc for immediate interviews
