Office Assistant/Team Secretary Temp-Perm


An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone looking for that step up in their career from their first office job to work for a very large, well established City Corporate. Our Client, a Top 10 firm of Management Consultants with offices all over the country are seeking an office assistant/team secretary to join one of their busy, fast paced and dynamic teams within their offices situated in the 'heart' of the City of London close to Liverpool Street. This will be a varied and involved role where day to day duties will involve handling all incoming post, logging cheques, database admin, typing, arranging diaries, meetings, filing and all round admin support to the team. Candidates must have strong grammar, writing and verbal communication skills ideally with Math and English GCSE grades C+, be a fast learner and possess approx 12 months previous office experience within a Corporate environment.
