Bid Support Assistant
Interesting and varied 3 month contract opportunity in London Bridge for an immediately available jobseeker with experience of working in a bids team or providing information for bids. As a key member of the Bids team for this prestigious professional services organisation, it is essential that you are accurate with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Key areas of responsibility within this 3 month contract Bid Support Assistant position include:
Assisting with the implementation of a new bid template
Dealing with in-house enquiries about the location of and / or sourcing of information for those preparing bids
Ensuring the Bids Library is up to date
Maintaining the Bid Support site on a day-to-day basis
Responding to enquires about CVs
Helping business development staff in office locations around the world access information held within Bid Support
Responding to enquires about deals
Collating key information for an intranet page
Assisting with the development and management of a database of key questions raised
