HR, Office Manager
Prestigious Mayfair based salon has an exciting opportunity available for an organised and proactive HR Administrator / Office Manager with a generalist HR background to plan, develop and implement HR management and development strategy as well as focusing on all the administration of the salons from HO. This key role would suit an immediately available jobseeker interested in joining an entrepreneurial and expanding business with potential to grow and develop your career. 40 hour week, Monday to Friday.
Key areas of responsibility within this HR, Office Manager opportunity include:
Creating HR spreadsheets
Managing, organising and updating relevant data
Arranging meetings, conferences and project team activities
Planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development including recruitment and selection, policy / practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, performance appraisals, quality management etc
Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems
Monitoring, measuring and reporting HR issues, opportunities and development plans
Managing and developing direct reporting staff
Managing and controlling expenditure
Typing documents, correspondence and reports as appropriate.
