Administrator Officer
I am currently recruiting for a market leading media company. This is an administrative role and you must be able to travel to the Brentford area.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration of departmental processes and monitoring systems
DUTIES:
Co-ordination of departmental meetings and minute taking
Administration of Development Projects and Processes
Data entry and report generation for department activities
Investigating non-compliance actions and updating daily
Raise Purchase Orders/Requisitions & receipt
Stock Monitoring and Reporting
Assisting Business Development Manager and Senior Engineers as required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Fully competent with Microsoft Office Professional applications.
Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
Highly accurate numeracy and Literacy skills.
Minute taking experience would be an advantage
