Executive Assistant Required for Investment Banking
The London office of this International Investment Bank is seeking a professional PA with extensive senior level experience and a knowledge and background within Investment Banking.
A true one to one PA role, the successful candidate will support at MD level working alongside the Chairman's Executive Assistant. Traditional duties include diary management and meeting organisation so the ability to prioritise, time manage and solve problems as they arise is essential. International travel planning will be a regular activity, so to be considered you must be able to demonstrate experience of producing itineraries covering every travel detail and eventuality.
Client liaison, production of road shows, presentations and conferences will be a challenging element to the role and in addition you must possess a flexible attitude towards personal/private based PA support.
To be considered for this role, you will possess Investment Banking PA experience at senior level and demonstrate a solid career history. You will be dynamic and assertive and be confident in your ability to pre-empt issues and problems, find solutions and deliver exceptional support at all times!
Salary: £40,000 + bonus & Bens
