Digital System Manager

I am currently recruiting for a respected media company. You would be based at Paddington and you must have a working knowledge of digital creative agencies.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To create client 'playlists' over a Digital network.
To work with the Digital Contractor ( Fujitsu ) to ensure smooth running of the Digital network.
Liaise with Creative Agencies/clients to ensure artwork is delivered promptly and with the right specification


DUTIES

To create and monthly playlists for the Digital network. To manage the daily running of the system and report and manage faults as they occur. To ensure that all relevant areas are kept aware of problems. To deliver end of campaign report for Sales team. To work with creative agencies on digital executions.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of Digital Creative Agencies and in particular Digital software programs is a must. Needs to have strong communication skills across both internally and when client facing. Educated to Degree level is and advantage but not essential.



PERSON SPECIFICATION

Attention to detail is a must and digital scheduling experience is an advantage. Needs to be able to work under pressure and maintain a logical thought process throughout.

HOURS OF WORK

9am until 5.30pm
