Capita are currently looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Head of Expressive Arts to join a vibrant and a very high achieving 11-19 inner city girls' School located in East london.
We require someone to start in January 2008 on a permanent basis.The students achieve highly and are taught in a way that is stimulating, motivating and rewarding. The School benefits from a friendly and supportive ethos and has an excellent induction programme and was recently awarded artmark Gold. GSCE results in expressive Arts are currently outstanding.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring leader wishing to share in the School's many achievements and will work with the Teachers to develop an even better future for the students.
The successful candidate should have previous experience, proven leadership ability, excellent communiction skills and be committed to high standards.
