Facilities Manager £35,000 - £40,000 City, London
This is a fantastic chance to join a top 40 Law Firm as their Facilities Manager based in their Head Office in London. The successful Facilities Manager will assist with the day to management of the Facilities department in order to provide for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the firm.
Responsibilities will include assisting with various major projects, liaising with contractors, health and safety issues, planning staff events, team management/liaising with relevant supervisors, tendering, space planning, departmental budgets and providing cover in the absence of the Head of FM.
You will have previous experience in a professional environment, have strong knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/outlook, ability to prioritise work effectively, be a strong team player and have a proactive attitude.
