General Manager


General Manager £50,000 - £70,000 (Neg) Southern England



We are currently looking for a General Facilities Manager to manage and develop the operational service and delivery & business growth within the southern region of the UK.



The main purpose of this role is to oversee the delivery of facilities services including security, engineering, cleaning and office administration functions and to grow the client base.



Key Skills, Qualifications required
§ Communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at an executive level

§ Financial and commercial acumen to be able to build a stable and profitable business and develop a coherent strategy

§ Ideally educated to graduate level

§ Experience of managing and developing client relationships

§ Ability to manage the competing demands of clients

§ Ability to respond quickly to clients and effectively put in place plans for problem resolution
