Facilities/Administration Manager £37,000 to £39,000 (Neg) Victoria, London
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's largest global investment management firms in their stunning offices based in Victoria. The successful Manager will provide a high level service to associates, external clients and business partners by playing a central role in the operation of the office services department.



Duties and responsibilities include:

· People Management

· Customer Service

· Vendor Management

· Procurement/Financial Management

· Health & Safety/Business Continuity

· Front of House Services

· Visitor Co-ordination

· Travel Management



This position comes with a very competitive package including £1,450 travel subsidiary, 15% Contributory Pension, 2 Bonus Schemes, Private Medical Cover, Gym Membership and 25 Days holiday. The basic salary is negotiable and they are prepared to increase it for the right candidate.
