The Company:
Our client, a well respected and globally acting company is currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Agents fluent in English as well as French, German or Italian to join their offices near Manchester.
The Role:
The role involves providing first class customer service to clients and customers. You will have to quote prices using the in-house system. Your aim is to convert every call into a sale as well as constantly looking for new sales opportunities while making sure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate speaks fluent English plus either French, German or Italian and is preferably experience within a customer service environment. An excellent telephone manner is essential and so is knowledge of the travel industry.
Salary/Additional Information:
This position pays a starting salary of £12,100 plus £900 pa language allowance (per required language) and £480 pa meal allowance. In addition you will receive shift pay (approx £1000 - £1500 pa depending on shifts worked and a bonus of approx. £233. Other benefits include concessional travel for employee and relatives (after probation), voluntary and contributory pension scheme, group profit share scheme, quarterly performance bonus.
Full training will be provided (4 weeks). Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
