Czech Customer Service Analyst

The Company:
Our client is a global company based West of London in Berkshire. They are recruiting for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Executive.
The Role:
The role will involve providing excellent customer service to the client's large world wide customer base. You will be making outgoing calls as well as receiving incoming calls. You will be updating and maintaining the client's huge database and analysing financial data. You will contact non-submitters via phone and e-mail. You will be responsible for carrying out a monthly review of contacts.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in Czech as well as English, both written and spoken. Candidates must have good communication skills and excellent telephone manner. Candidates must be able to prioritise and work well in a team. Any experience analysing financial data is a bonus.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this role is around £18,500.
