Project Assistant


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a project assistant to work for a local authority based in North London within their Corporate Resources department

The main duties of the role will involve

Managing project administration and documentation.
Producing minutes from project meetings.
Scheduling meetings, workshops and training sessions.
Produce communication plans for all the projects assigned to.
Maintaining the project configuration library.
Assisting with the production of communication materials.
Management of weekly timesheet for project agency employees.
Investigating any travel arrangements for project staff.
Duplication and distribution of tasks and communication materials.
Producing presentation materials for engaging and informing stakeholders.
Gathering training requirements for all the projects assigned to.
Co-ordinate training sessions required for employees.
Ensure all users and support teams are pre-informed of any system changes and go-live plans.
Co-ordination and management of new work requests.

Ideally you will have strong project experience, excellent organisation skills and a good eye for detail.
