Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE 100K in 1st year

The Role
This amazing opportunity within Recruitment allows you to control your earnings, manage your own desk developing a portfolio of clients and choose your own candidates for interview. The role is incredibly varied, you will spend your time contacting businesses selling to senior management, arranging client visits where you will learn all about the company. Good people skills are essential. Interviewing candidates, liasing with clients, marketing for jobs and holding assessment centres are just an example of the varied aspects of this role.

You will be placing candidates who are highly skilled in a specific area, the sectors include Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, IT, Investment Banking, Languages and many more. The Candidate
You must be motivated by making money as your earning potential in recruitment is phenomenal!
As you will be selling to a senior corporate market both your telephone and face-to-face presentation must be meticulous.
Recruitment is a team environment; you will be working hard with your team and must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Sales experience is definitely an advantage; if you have sold to businesses over the telephone you are ideal for Recruitment!
