Founded by The Royal Marsden hospital in 1989, my client is London's leading independent specialist provider to the National Health Service, and has recently won a place on the new NHS National Framework for the Provision of Temporary Administrative Services Staff. They are the sole provider of administrative staff to London's largest Trust, Guy's and St Thomas'.
Following the recent acquisition of a major contract with the Department of Health (attaining a place on a PSL list of 6), my client is looking to take on pro-active consultants to make inroads within the framework agreement and push the business forward through the development of existing business, as well as the pursuit of new business.
The successful candidate will be a diligent, highly motivated self-starter with the initiative to develop and grow their own business from the ground upwards.
With at least 12 months contract recruitment experience within health or a related sector, the successful candidate will have a proven track record, both with regards to candidate placement and business development. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive basic and will benefit from a strong commission structure.
